Refund policy

Return and exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of receipt of the item. This will be granted if and only returned item/s are unwashed, unworn, and intact. Any damage incurred after shipping shall be shouldered by the buyer. 

Exchange initiated due to size and/or other reasons is subject to our approval. The returned item can be replaced by pieces of equal amount or higher. Back-and-forth shipping costs must be shouldered by the buyer. 

Only damaged or flawed items prior to shipping will be granted refunds. Customers can also opt for a replacement item by which we will shoulder all shipping costs.
