For manual bank transfers and e-wallets, orders will be confirmed and processed once proof of payment is sent via e-mail (beyondcollectiveph@gmail.com) or Instagram DM (@beyondcollective__).
For Debit and Credit Cards via website, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after checkout.

Pre-Orders and Custom Orders
Shipping of on hand orders is processed within 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation. Rates and estimated courier lead times are listed below.
Orders may be completed ahead of the stated lead time; however, the declared timeframe allows us sufficient flexibility to manage and maintain our quality standards.
- Pre-Order: 3 to 12 business days. We recommend contacting us via our official Instagram page to confirm availability, as the item may already be in stock.
- Custom Order (sizing and/or color): 8 to 18 business days. Rush orders may be accommodated with a corresponding fee.
- Custom Design: 13 to 20 business days
