1. Returns and exchanges due to sizing issues are accepted within 7 days from receipt of the item. Requests will only be approved if the item is unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Any damage incurred after shipping will be shouldered by the buyer.

2. Exchanges requested for reasons other than sizing are subject to approval. Returned items may be exchanged for items of equal or higher value. If the replacement item is of lower value, no refund will be issued for the price difference.

3. All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note: Return shall be initiated within 3 days from receiving R&E approval message. Otherwise, it’ll be nullified. 

Damaged or Flawed Items

In an unlikely circumstance that the item arrived with manufacturing defects, these are eligible for replacement, and all related shipping costs will be shouldered by us. Requests must be supported by proper documentation. Should the customer opt to change the original item, approval is required and shipping may be shouldered by the customer.
